Handling Time
Adventure Emporium pledges to provide you with timely and consistent service. We work hard to process and ship orders within 24 hours after order date, Monday through Saturday. Handling may take up to 48 hours in unusual circumstances. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed in the next following 24 to 48 hour window. Adventure Emporium does ship on most holidays, with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Orders placed on these holidays will process in the next following 24 to 48 hour window.
Shipping Class
We will do our best to always select the shipping class and service that you have chosen at checkout. Different factors can affect this, such as delivery location or factors generally outside our control. In these instances, we may choose to ship using a service that we deem necessary. We will always select a service that provides delivery that is as close as possible to the your selected delivery window to ensure you receive your package as soon as possible.
Shipping Time
Adventure Emporium utilizes USPS and UPS for all orders due to consistent and timely service. While we cannot guarantee the service of the carriers we use, we always go above and beyond to ensure the safe delivery of your order. We will always work with you and help in whatever way we are able to mitigate any issues that occur during shipping. Please be aware, that during holiday seasons, we cannot guarantee any delivery dates reflected by carriers. Please ensure you order *in advance* to ensure timely delivery during this time of the year.
Postal Tracking
All our packages have tracking included, once it is marked as delivered at your address we can no longer be responsible for any issues with delivery. While we are happy to assist you in resolving any issues with your package, we expect you to take reasonable action to resolve any problems with the carrier. We do honor issues with circumstances out of both yours and our control, but the vast majority of issues can be resolved by contacting the carrier's local office.
Signature Confirmation
On occasion we will deem it necessary to add signature confirmation and/or additional insurance on a package. We reserve the right to do so at our discretion and expense. Please be attentive to your order to ensure you are able to accept delivery in these instances.
